Refund policy
At Jaiga Co., we take pride in the quality and innovation of our products. We understand that our customers' satisfaction is paramount, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for most of our products under certain conditions, detailed below.
General Return Conditions
- Eligibility: Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The product packaging should be intact and not damaged.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Specific Product Return Conditions
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we have specific return conditions for some of our products:
- Water Bottles: For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the bottle is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for water bottles if there is any sign of use.
- Sleep Products: These products can only be returned if the package is unopened and the seal is intact. We cannot accept returns for nose tape or mouth tape if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Eye Masks: Returns are accepted under the general return conditions; however, for hygiene reasons, the product must not show any signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jaigacompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.
- Shipping: Jaiga Co. will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or refund your return shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service is recommended to ensure your item is safely returned to us.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.
